POSITION: Senior Requirements Analyst
LOCATION: Quantico, VA

DESCRIPTION:
AABLE LLC is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst with Marine Corps subject matter expertise. This position will provide Joint Capabilities Integration and Development (JCIDS) expertise in support of requirements analysis and assessment efforts to enable the coordination, integration, and prioritization of capability development efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform a variety of complex analytical tasks associated with JUONS, UUNs, DUNS, and JCIDS Documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding requirements elicitation and requirements analysis and management.
- Document requirements for iterative development and communicate business needs.
- Work directly with the government lead to ensure all deliverables are identified, developed, and delivered on schedule.
- Prepare documentation, e.g., Information Papers, White Papers, Congressional inquiries, and stakeholder briefs.
- Proactively engage with customers and stakeholders to solve capability requirements issues by supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
- Identify business needs and/or inefficiencies and help develop solutions that meet needs, goals, or objectives.
- Conduct continual assessment of industry capabilities and best practices/solutions to ensure currency/relevancy of requirements generation support.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience in requirements generation and administration.
- Experience with capabilities development.
- Expert knowledge of DOTMLPF analysis, JCIDS Capabilities documentation development, Universal Needs, Urgent Universal Needs, Deliberate Universal Needs (UNS/UUNS/DUNS) statements.
- Experience working with analysis and assessment of emergent and future capabilities.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Former Action Officer at MCCDC/CD&I or other HQMC departments with knowledge of Marine Corps operations and staffing processes.
- Former Naval Aviator.
- DAWIA certification (or equivalent) in Program Management, Engineering and Technical Management, Test and Evaluation or Lifecycle Logistics.
- Experience in expeditionary operations.
